Well, I've made it through twenty-six years on the planet without accidentally killing myself (yet). Hooray for me! *g*

lillys_locket, footiepyjamas and bunch of other wonderful people that I am lucky to have around threw me a surprise party. We had turkey burgers, angel food cake and more Carolina wine than should be allowed, especially since we played with the Wii for about a million years afterwards.
thepsychicclam, aerowyn and I are going to see The Namesake tonight. Normally a birthday calls for a silly Colin Firth or Ewan McGregor movie, but they aren't cooperating this year. I can't imagine why they didn't plan things better. ;) We'll see what Kal Penn can do for me (I can think of a few things...)
