In other, slightly less dorky news, I got in to my closed summer class! *does a silly little happy dance* This means I've committed myself to a summer of reading YA lit, but I couldn't be happier. (I'll try to keep the inevitable bitching later on to a minimum.) *g*
I got Stewart O'Nan's The Circus Fire at the used book store today. I'm fascinated by mass tragedy and natural disasters; it's quite sick really. This one's about the fire in a Ringling Bros./Barnum & Bailey circus tent that killed 167 people in 1944. Cheery, right?
Also, Meg's battery went dead, and we got it all started again, with no need for patronizing-classmate's help. *thumbs nose at him*
