Car is fixed. *cheers* I talked to my mom last night and decided to start looking around for a decent new-to-me car, 'cause the Grand Prix is just wearing out, frankly. Anyone have a rec on a decent kind of small 4door?

I passed an El Camino today and thought it would be fun to have one of those, assuming I could ever get one with a decent paint job. Apparently there's some form of mandate that says they have to be primer colored or bright yellow.

Ooh, and the same guy as yesterday was at Enterprise, and there was flirtage. Much flirtage. I actually felt like a girl for a couple of minutes there. Note to self, find unobtrusive way to hang out at the rental car place. Hmm...

I overslept for work today b/c my body just decided to shut down on me. I managed to slap through a 9-minute interval alarm for an hour and a half. If I wasn't so annoyed, I'd be kinda impressed. =)

After class today one of my friends informed me that (1)there is a Buffy convention in Nashville next weekend, (2)Nicholas Brendan will be there, (3) we can stay at her folks house for free if we want. I'm so there.

Tomorrow evening is the Silver Hammer SCA event, where I will spend my time trying to get research for my Collections project. Speaking form past experience, this could be tricky. How can someone wearing 20 lbs of chain-mail move so quickly?

I'm been so busy with work/school/issues lately that I haven't read much more than short fics posted here and there. This Sunday I am resolved to get caught up on my porn... I mean, my reading. ;) You must all hold me accountable for this, and for starting my reread of Song of the Lioness.

Gonna go see if Parminder Nagra's on ER this week; sadly, enough, she and Paul McCrane are the only reasons I even bother these days.
