Have I mentioned yet how much I enjoy driving to and from class along the Tennessee River? It's really pretty in the morning when it's fogged over, and peaceful in the afternoon in the sunshine, even when my brain is going ninety to nothing.

Right now my brain is saying "what the fuck made you think grad school was a good idea?" My Info Organization (cataloging) professor is sweet, but can't express herself very well, and some of the people in the class make me want to put a pencil in my ear. Or their ears. ;)

Nothing much in my life except school right now, not even fic reading. =(

I did shelve a BTVS novelization today that had the cover line: "Buffy and Angel....and Riley?" I was like, "hey, I know some stories that start that way!"

Also, I'm just unnatrually annoyed by the presence of Madonna's new kiddie book. I don't know why; I just want to hurl them across the store. I think I have latent aggression issues.

One of my reference professors was telling us the other day about how his father was grilled for several hours by the FBI in the 70s over the right to pull files on suspected "political dissents." If the Great Menace thinks I'll buy this shit, I know he must be looking to unload some Arizona beach condos.
