Hey, Rachel, I think I did it! Of course, we'll have to see. It being the installation of Livejournal's client thingy so that it doesn't take me five years to update the damn thing. Assuming that it did work: yay me, I'm updating.

Not much going on recently, just getting my new internship under control, which means spending un-Godly amounts of time on the computer. Normally, my problem is getting OFF the computer, but the whole "researching foundations and grants" thing is a bit different. I think its giving me narcolepsy, seriously.

On a separate note, that of insomina, I have a newly discovered passion for Star Wars Slash. I agree with thepsychicclam, I'm bored of mainstream, and that's saying a lot for a die-hard H/D shipper. Of course, my main ship now is Harry/Snape, so that tells you what kind of a freak I am.

Anyway, to return to my original point, I've recently unearthed some kick-ass SW slash archives which have been keeping me up WAY past my bedtime. There's tons of Qui-Gon/Obi-wan, which is good for the Ewan factor, even though I don't find Liam that attractive, and a lot of it is very well written and LONG, thank god. I hate ficlet shit. I'm finding myself strangely drawn to Luke/Wedge and Luke/Han, probably because I have an unsolved crush on Luke Skywalker dating back to my elementary school days. Not, Mark Hamill, mind you, though he was cute when he guested on SeaQuest, but Luke. I have issues. (Its a penis! You need sex.)
